Marks are just a number, it cannot decide your future, so don't be afraid of poor marks. What matters is your hard work and determination, said an alumnus Manas Pandey, while addressing engineering students during an 'Alumni Talk' held at UCER Auditorium, on Thursday.

Mr. Pandey is an ex student of UCER (2005-2009 batch) and is currently working as data architect in prestigious MEDLINE, Chicago, USA. Sharing his success story, he suggested students to enhance their technical and communication skills and not to hesitate in asking questions. He said that every failure makes one to learn new things while elaborating SALE i.e. sincere, application, learning and enthusiasm, the key to achieve success.
