Guidelines for Paper Submission

Paper Submission link is active from 15th December, 2025

All submissions must be in English only.

Authors are invited to submit full paper as a word file using the Taylor & Francis templates. Paper drafts must be prepared in English with a maximum of ten (10) printed pages in Taylor & Francis format (10-point font, double-column and A4) including figures, tables and references. The conference reserves the right to refrain from reviewing papers that are significantly longer than 10 pages.

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit papers electronically to ICAMEET 2026 through Microsoft CMT. For submission of paper, at least one of the Authors of the paper should be a registered user of Microsoft CMT. Unregistered authors should first create an account on Microsoft CMT.

Review process for this conference is double-peer review. The identity of reviewers will not be disclosed.

The maximum no. of words allowed in abstract is 250 words and at least 5 keywords are also required.

The authors are advised to select only one (i.e. the most suitable) track out of 04 mentioned tracks in submission page for their submission at the time of submitting the manuscript through Microsoft CMT.

All papers submitted to ICAMEET 2026 will be checked for plagiarism according to Taylor & Francis guidelines. If found free of plagiarism, it will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on NOVELTY, Presentation, Correctness and Relevance to the conference. In case of minor plagiarism, the authors will be asked to rewrite the paper. In other cases, the paper will be immediately rejected

The acceptance of papers along with referees’ comments will be communicated to authors by email. Authors are required to incorporate the comments received in the CAMERA-READY PAPER before final submission.

CONFERENCE THEMES

The conference will be focused on addressing research challenges in the field of “Advances in Mechanical Engineering and Emerging Technology's” but not limited to the following are the technical tracks and topics for the technical papers to be submitted in the conference.

TRACK 01 : Advanced Manufacturing Processes and Material Characterization

This track focuses on modern and alternate material processing routes and their evaluation. Topics include advanced machining processes, high-speed and hybrid machining, advanced metal forming and casting techniques, powder metallurgy and ceramic forming, advanced joining techniques, heat treatment processes, laser-based manufacturing, high-energy beam processing, additive manufacturing processes, and alternate materials processing. Emphasis is also placed on non-destructive testing methods and comprehensive material characterization techniques for industrial and research applications.

TRACK 02 : Digital Manufacturing, Soft Computing and Industry 4.0/5.0

This track covers computational, digital and intelligent approaches in mechanical and industrial engineering. Areas of interest include computational fluid dynamics, FEA/FEM analysis of materials processing, numerical modelling and simulation, CAD/CAM/CAE integration, virtual manufacturing, precision engineering and metrology, and optimization techniques in digital manufacturing. It also incorporates Industry 4.0 concepts such as artificial intelligence in manufacturing processes, smart factories, cyber-physical systems, digital twins, data-driven manufacturing, advanced manufacturing technologies, sustainable and green manufacturing practices, production planning, quality engineering, supply chain optimization, and human–machine interaction.

TRACK 03 : Composite, Nano and Future Generation Materials

This track highlights recent developments in advanced and multifunctional materials. Topics include composite and polymer manufacturing, composites and intermetallics, super alloys, SMART materials, functionally graded materials, future generation materials, nano materials, nano-micro devices, fabrication processes of nano materials and nano devices, and nano fluidics. The track emphasizes material innovation for aerospace, automotive, biomedical, electronic and high-performance engineering applications.

TRACK 04 : Thermal Systems, Energy Engineering and Strategic Applications

This track addresses thermal augmentation processes, energy systems and strategic material applications. It includes renewable energy and thermal applications, thermally-enhanced processes and materials, thermal storage materials, energy conversion and storage materials, smart grid technologies, biofuels production and thermal applications, biofuels combustion characterization, computational fluid dynamics applied to thermal systems, and materials parameters in CFD analysis. Strategic and emerging areas such as E-vehicle technology and applications, PV-cell materials, stealth materials, materials for space applications, nano-micro systems, thermodynamics, rotating detonation engines and propulsion, and optimization of hybrid energy systems are also covered.
